Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Ageo, a popular udon and tempura chain restaurant in Ageo City, Saitama, located near the Ageo Sports Park intersection, 15 minutes walk from JR Ageo Station. On weekdays, shifts run in the evening only (18:00-23:00); on weekends and public holidays, shifts cover the full day (08:30-23:00) — making this a strong fit for students or anyone who needs weekday daytime hours free, or for those who can only work weekends. Duties are divided into focused tasks: clearing the dining hall, washing dishes at the dishwashing station (洗い場 araiba), operating the cashier (レジ reji), and preparing udon, tempura, and rice dishes. Shifts are submitted on a weekly basis (シフト制 shifuto-sei); both weekday-only evening and weekend-only schedules are available. Thorough step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and recipe manuals are provided — no experience needed. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth. No resume required at the interview stage.
