Job Description:

This is a hospital operating theatre cleaning and medical instrument processing role at a medical facility in Kawagoe City, Saitama, accessible from Kawagoe Station. Work involves cleaning operating theatre floors and sterilization work areas, replenishing supplies, storing items in their designated locations, preparing consumables, washing and inspecting medical instruments (scissors, forceps and similar tools) by machine and by hand, assembling instrument sets, and packing them in specialist packaging. No direct patient contact is involved — this is a fully behind-the-scenes support role that keeps the operating environment safe and ready. Full protective equipment is provided and worn throughout the shift: mask, goggles, gown, and gloves, with thorough hand hygiene and alcohol-based disinfection protocols matching medical staff standards. No qualifications, experience, or specialist medical knowledge are required — the vast majority of staff start with no prior background in healthcare. Hours are fixed at 13:00-22:00 (8 hours actual work, 60 minutes break), Monday to Friday only, with no overtime. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available within company rules. No resume required. Car commuting is permitted.
