Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at Seven-Eleven Soka Takasago 2-chome, located 2 minutes walk from Soka Station on the Tobu Skytree Line in Soka City, Saitama. The store recruits by specific fixed days — for example Wednesday and Saturday only, or Thursday and Sunday — so your schedule is locked in and easy to plan around school, family, or a second job. Four shift slots are available: early morning (06:00-09:00), morning (09:00-13:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and overnight (22:00-02:00). The overnight shift (22:00-02:00) carries the statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) from 22:00, bringing the effective rate to 1,495 yen per hour; training rate is the same from day one across the 10-day training (研修 kenshuu) period. Duties include cashier register operation (レジ reji), customer service, product display and restocking, cleaning, and simple food preparation. Minimum commitment is 2 days per week with hours negotiable for most slots. Late-night shifts (22:00 onwards) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).

Wage:
