Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Kumagaya, a popular udon and tempura chain restaurant in Kumagaya City, Saitama, located along Route 17 (Nakasendo) about 10 minutes walk from Kumagaya Station. Duties are divided into focused tasks: welcoming guests, boiling and plating udon to order, preparing tempura and onigiri following recipes, operating the cashier (レジ reji), and washing dishes at the dishwashing station (洗い場 araiba) using a dishwasher machine. Opening hours extend to 23:00 on weekdays and 24:00 on Fridays and Saturdays; staff working from 22:00 receive a 25% late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Shifts are submitted weekly (シフト制 shifuto-sei) with a minimum of 3 hours per day and 2 days per week; both weekday-only and weekend-only schedules are available. Thorough step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and recipe manuals are provided — no experience needed. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth. No resume required at the interview stage.

Wage:
