Job Description:

This is a chocolate shop sales staff role at Bel Amer (ベルアメール), a specialist chocolatier shop inside JR Kyoto Isetan, directly connected to Kyoto Station in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto. Bel Amer is known for beautifully crafted chocolates themed around flowers and Japanese temari balls — popular as gifts and souvenirs — giving the role an enjoyable and distinctive product environment. Work involves customer service, cashier operation (レジ reji), product display and restocking, gift wrapping and full packaging of purchases, and opening and closing duties. Two fixed shift options are available: early shift (09:00-18:00) or late shift (11:30-20:30), both 8 hours actual work with 1 hour break — you choose which works for your lifestyle and stick with it. The schedule runs on a monthly submission basis (シフト制 shifuto-sei), minimum 3 days per week; at least one weekend day off is permitted if needed. Gift wrapping is taught step-by-step by senior staff, so no prior retail or packaging experience is required. Daily and weekly payment are available. No resume required.

Wage:

1,330円 (per hour) Overtime under 10 hours per month. Monthly earnings: approx. 234,000 yen at 5 days/week or 170,000 yen at 4 days/week. Transportation allowance paid within company rules.
