Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at a hybrid Japanese dining restaurant in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, 1 minute walk from Shijo Station on the Karasuma Subway Line. The restaurant serves authentic buckwheat soba for 500 yen at lunch and transforms into a creative Kyoto-ingredient izakaya in the evening — a distinctive dual concept that attracts both local regulars and tourists. Hall duties include seating guests, taking orders, serving food, and cashier operation (レジ reji); kitchen duties cover plating and basic cooking support. Shifts run from around 11:00 through to 22:00 on a rotating basis (シフト制 shifuto-sei), 5 days per week including weekends and public holidays; start times are on the later side so mornings are free. This is a 紹介予定派遣 (shōkai-yotei-haken) placement — after a dispatch period of at least 6 months, staff who wish to continue can transition to direct employment as a regular employee at 210,000 yen per month or above, with salary increases and bonuses. Foreign language skills are welcome but not required. Hair colour, nails, and casual dress are permitted. High school graduate or above required.

Rate may vary by experience. Monthly earnings of 235,000 yen or more possible at 5 days/week during dispatch period. Direct employment after dispatch: monthly salary 210,000 yen or above with salary increases and bonus.
