Job Description:

This is a sweet shop sales staff role at a newly opened (September 2026) Tokyo Station exclusive mochi-texture fresh doughnut (生ドーナツ nama-donatsu) brand, located directly at Tokyo Station in Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku. The shop is a brand-new opening so all staff start from the same point with no one having a head start — a welcoming environment for those new to retail sales. Work involves counter sales and customer service, cashier operation (レジ reji), product display and restocking, and store cleaning; the role is straightforward and most staff are fully comfortable within around one month. Hours are flexible within the 07:30-22:30 operating window — choose 4 to 8 hours per shift with start times negotiable; example slots include 07:30-11:30 (morning) and 18:30-22:30 (evening). The schedule runs across all days of the week on a monthly submission basis, minimum 3 days per week; at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) must be available. Daily and weekly payment are available. No resume required.
