Job Description:

This is a condominium building management and cleaning role in Sugamo, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, 8 minutes walk from Sugamo Station and 9 minutes from JR Otsuka Station. The role suits those in their 50s, 60s, or 70s looking for stable morning work with a clear routine — a second career path with a defined employment track up to age 72. Daily tasks follow a set routine: morning building inspection and rubbish disposal, cleaning common areas (entrance, corridors, staircases, windows, and rubbish storage areas), handling resident enquiries at the reception desk, a final inspection round, handrail wiping, preparing the next day's rubbish, and writing a simple daily log — all completed by 12:00. The shift is fixed at 09:00-12:00 (3 hours, no break, no overtime), Tuesday to Saturday, giving Sundays and Mondays off each week. After a minimum of 4 months on dispatch, staff can transfer to direct contract employment at the client (rate adjusts to 1,300 yen per hour as a contract employee, with employment up to age 72). High school graduate or above required. No resume needed. Training provided.
