Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Yakiyaki Miwa Horie, a stylish teppan dining restaurant on the 2nd floor of Sun East Building in Minami-Horie, Nishi-ku, Osaka, 3 minutes walk from Nishiohashi Station on the Osaka Metro Nagahoritsurumiryokuchi Line. The lunch/prep shift (12:00-15:00) covers cooking preparation and pre-opening cleaning; the dinner shift (16:30-22:00) covers hall service including guest seating, order taking, drink and food service, cashier, and table clearing — with kitchen support and drink preparation added as you settle in. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available. A training (研修 kenshuu) period of approximately one month applies at 1,300 yen per hour before moving to the standard 1,400 yen rate. Attendance bonuses are paid on top of the hourly rate: 10,000 yen for working 15 or more days per month, and 20,000 yen for 20 or more days (counting shifts of 4 hours or more). Japanese language ability at business level (JLPT N2 or above) is required as the role involves direct customer service. No resume required. Hair colour and piercings are permitted within reasonable limits.
