Job Description:

This is an overnight printed-matter sorting and packing role at a printing factory in Shimamoto-cho, Mishima-gun, Osaka, near Shimamoto Station on the JR Kyoto Line. Work involves hand-inserting documents into envelopes, sorting printed items (letters, postcards, statements) by production number and code, inspecting products for dirt or tears, boxing and packing finished goods, and assisting machine operators — all straightforward light work with no heavy machinery operation. The factory was built in 2018 and is clean, air-conditioned year-round, with locker facilities and a staff canteen available for use. Two overnight shift options are available: Shift 1 (23:00-08:00) and Shift 2 (21:00-06:00), both with 60 minutes break; the schedule covers all days of the week including weekends and holidays, with flexibility based on your shift preference. A daily allowance of 400 yen is paid per shift on top of the hourly rate. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available within company rules. No resume required. Training is provided.

Wage:

1,320円 (per hour) Daily allowance of 400 yen per shift. Statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies during 22:00-05:00 hours within each shift.
