Job Description:

This is a hall-only staff role at an upscale tea salon in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, accessible from Ginza Station, specialising in sweets made from carefully selected ingredients and popular seasonal parfaits. The role is hall-only with no cashier or drink-making duties — staff focus entirely on guest service: confirming orders via a handheld device (ハンディ handi), serving food and sweets, clearing and wiping tables, and washing up. The atmosphere is calm and refined — ideal for those who enjoy attentive, unhurried hospitality over high-volume fast-paced service. Working hours are flexible within the 09:30-20:30 window: choose a full 8-hour shift or a shorter 5-hour slot (e.g. 09:30-14:30 or 15:30-20:30); shifts are generally fixed to the same day(s) each week, making scheduling predictable. The schedule runs all days of the week on a monthly rotation, minimum 3 days per week; those who can work weekends and public holidays are especially welcome. Wage:
