Job Description:

This is a bread production staff role at La Porte Aoyama, a popular bakery in Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, accessible from Omotesando Station. Work covers the full bread production process: preparing and mixing dough (仕込み shikomi), shaping (成型 seikei), and baking (焼成 shōsei) — with new staff starting on support duties before progressing to the full range. Most staff are comfortable with the full workflow within around one month. Two shift options are available: early (06:00-15:00) or late (10:00-19:00), both 8 hours actual work with 1 hour break; a 07:00 start and early-shift-only arrangements can also be discussed. The schedule runs on a monthly submission basis (シフト制 shifuto-sei), minimum 3 days per week; at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) must be available. Prior bread production experience is required — career gaps are fine but some bakery background is essential. Monthly earnings of approximately 295,680 yen are possible at 5 days per week. Wage:
