Job Description:

This is a short-hours weekday morning cleaning role at a stylish rental office building in Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, accessible from Kitasando Station (Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line) and Harajuku Station (JR Yamanote Line), finishing at 11:00 each day. Work involves wiping desks and shared spaces, mopping and vacuuming floors, and collecting rubbish — all standard daily maintenance tasks in a modern rental office environment requiring no specialist equipment or prior cleaning experience. New staff follow a set route from day one and are fully comfortable with the routine within about one week. Hours are fixed at 07:00-11:00 (4 hours actual work, no break, no overtime), Monday to Friday, with weekends, public holidays, and major holiday periods (summer, year-end) off. Monthly earnings of approximately 140,800 yen are possible based on 22 working days — all from just 4 morning hours per day. Daily and weekly payment are available. No resume required.
