Job Description:
This is a hospital kitchen support role at a medical facility near Nagata Station in Higashi-Osaka City, Osaka, finishing by 09:30 so the rest of the day is entirely free. Work involves plating completed meal portions (up to approximately 70 servings), serving meals to patients, washing used dishes and utensils, and cleaning and tidying the kitchen area — all without any knife or cooking work, which is handled entirely by full-time kitchen staff. There is minimal direct patient contact: serving is kept to a minimum and most of the work is at your own pace in the kitchen. No cooking experience or skill is required — the tasks are straightforward and similar to home kitchen routines, making this easy to pick up quickly. Shifts start at 06:00 and run to 09:30 (3.5 hours, no break); extended shifts to 10:00 or 11:00 can also be discussed. The schedule rotates across all days of the week including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 3 to 4 days per week.
