Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff (コンビニスタッフ konbini sutaffu) position at the Seven-Eleven Utsunomiya Ichijo store in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi, open 24 hours a year round. Starting duties include cashier service (レジ reji), restocking and displaying products, and light cleaning; as you gain experience, responsibilities expand to include product ordering and campaign leadership. A shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) allows you to choose morning, afternoon, or late-night slots to fit your lifestyle, study schedule, or other commitments. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided so no prior convenience store experience is necessary. The store is within 5 minutes walk of Tobu Utsunomiya Station and car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are all permitted. Late-night shifts (22:00-06:00) are subject to Japanese labour law age restrictions and are for applicants aged 18 and over only.

Wage:

1,125円 (per hour) Morning slot (06:00-09:00): 1,175円. Afternoon slot (12:00-17:00): 1,125円. Late-night slot (22:00-06:00): 1,406円 (deep night premium 深夜手当 shinya-teate included). Salary increases (昇給 shoukyuu) available.
