Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Nichinan Jitokko Kumiai Gotemba Ekimae, a Miyazaki-cuisine izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) specialising in jidori chicken (地頭鶏 jitokko) and local Miyazaki food and drinks, located 1 minute walk from Gotemba Station. Hall duties include seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks with attentive, product-knowledgeable service; kitchen duties cover cooking, preparation, drink making, and dishwashing. Your role is decided at interview based on preference and suitability — hall-only or kitchen-only arrangements can be discussed. All current staff started with no experience, and one-on-one training during the initial period means you can learn at a comfortable pace. A free staff meal (まかない makanai) is provided — you choose from the menu. Transportation costs are fully covered, including fuel costs for car commuters. The store actively employs international staff from multiple countries, and foreigners and international students are genuinely welcome. Late-night shifts after 22:00 attract a deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) and are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).

Wage:
