Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen E'site Takasaki, a udon and tempura chain restaurant on the first floor of the E'site station building directly at Takasaki Station's East Exit in Gunma. The lunch-time focused shift (08:00-18:00) suits those who want daytime-only work, making it ideal for homemakers, students with morning availability, or anyone who prefers to finish before evening. Duties are divided into clear sections — udon cooking assistance, tempura and onigiri preparation, counter service, cashier work, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), and kitchen cleaning — so you can start from the role that suits your strengths. A weekly shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) is in place with shifts from as little as 3 hours a day and 2 days a week; weekday-only and weekend-only arrangements are both available. A staff meal (まかない makanai) is available for just 120円 per meal up to 800円 worth of food, and a family dining card is provided to employees with children aged 15 or under, covering up to 10,000円 per child per month. No prior experience is required — step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and a complete recipe manual are provided. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.
