Job Description:
This is an office building cleaning (ビル清掃 biru seisou) position in Higashi-ku, Hiroshima City, just 2 minutes walk from JR Hiroshima Station. Duties cover vacuuming and rubbish collection in tenant office floors, wiping and sweeping shared areas such as corridors, stairs, and elevators, and cleaning toilets and kitchenettes. The shift runs from 07:00 in the morning and finishes by 11:00 at the latest, so afternoons are completely free — ideal for homemakers, those with school-age children, or anyone who wants to keep their evenings free. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are off, and there is virtually no overtime. No prior cleaning experience or qualifications are required — a structured training (研修 kenshuu) programme teaches the basics step by step, and senior staff are on hand to support you. Working days are negotiable so you do not have to commit to all five weekdays.
Wage:
1,150円 (per hour)
Rate determined based on experience, ability, and previous salary. Overtime beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week is paid in full separately. No fixed overtime pay included.
