Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen Gifu, a udon and tempura chain restaurant in Gifu City, 11 minutes walk from Nishi-Gifu Station along Route 92. Duties cover table clearing, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier work, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — tasks are divided so you can start from the role that suits your strengths. A weekly shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) accommodates a wide range of lifestyles: mornings before school pickup, weekdays only, weekends only, or short shifts fitting around other commitments, from as little as 3 hours a day and 2 days a week. A staff meal (まかない makanai) is available for just 120円 per meal up to 800円 worth of food, and a family dining card is provided to employees with children aged 15 or under, covering up to 10,000円 per child per month. Transport allowance is paid up to 50,000円 per month, and car and motorbike commuting are permitted with fuel costs covered under regulations. No prior experience is required — step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and a complete recipe manual are provided. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.

Wage:
