Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen mozo wonder city, a udon and tempura chain restaurant on the third floor of mozo wonder city shopping mall in Nishi-ku, Nagoya, 5 minutes walk from Kamiotai Station's North Exit. Duties cover table clearing, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier work, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — tasks are divided so you can start from the role that suits your strengths. A weekly shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) is in place with shifts from as little as 4 hours a day and 2 days a week; weekday-only and weekend-only arrangements are both available, and weekend and public holiday shifts pay a higher rate. A staff meal (まかない makanai) is available for just 120円 per meal up to 800円 worth of food, and a family dining card covers up to 10,000円 per month per child for employees with children aged 15 or under. No prior experience is required — step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and a complete recipe manual are provided. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday premium (土日祝手当): rate increases on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays — confirm exact amount at interview. Salary increases based on performance with a clear progression system. Bonus system available.
