Job Description:

This is a morning office building cleaning (オフィスビル清掃 ofisu biru seisou) role in Chuo-ku, Kobe, accessible from Sannomiya Station. Duties cover collecting rubbish and vacuuming inside office tenant areas, cleaning toilets and kitchenettes, sweeping and mopping shared corridors and staircases, and restocking supplies — a set routine that can be fully learned within about one month, with no customer interaction. The schedule varies slightly by day: Mondays and Thursdays run 07:00-10:30 (3.5 hours), while Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays run 07:00-11:00 (4 hours); all days have no break. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are off, and starting from 4 days a week is acceptable. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are available so you do not need to wait until month end. No prior cleaning experience is required.
