Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff (コンビニスタッフ konbini sutaffu) position at Seven-Eleven Sodegaura Ekikitagu-chi in Sodegaura City, Chiba, 5 minutes walk from JR Sodegaura Station's North Exit on the Uchibo Line. Duties cover cashier and customer service, product display and restocking, hot snack preparation, store cleaning, and handling public utility payments, courier services, and click-and-collect; as you gain experience, product ordering is also entrusted to you. Six time slots cover the full day — early morning (05:00-08:00), morning (08:00-13:00), afternoon (13:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and two overnight options (22:00-02:00 and 22:00-05:00) — with shifts from as little as 1 day a week; hours are negotiable for each slot. The early morning slot pays 1,250円; overnight slots starting at 22:00 attract a deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) with the rate rising to 1,494円 — overnight slots are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). A 5-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies to all slots at the same pay rate.

Wage:

1,195円 (per hour) Early morning slot (05:00-08:00): 1,250円. Overnight slots (22:00-02:00 and 22:00-05:00): 1,494円 (deep-night premium 深夜手当 shinya-teate included). Training period (5 days): same rate as regular wage — no reduction. Salary increases available.
