Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed making position at Hotel Mobilia, a boutique hotel in Tsurugashima City, Saitama, 10 minutes walk from either Sakado Station or Wakaba Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Cleaning is always carried out in teams of 2 to 4 staff, making it a supportive environment with no solo work — the tasks are a direct extension of everyday household cleaning with nothing technically complex. Duties cover room cleaning, bed making, and occasional front desk support. Shifts run within the 09:00-21:00 window for approximately 4 hours per session; weekend and public holiday shifts attract a 50円 premium on top of the base rate. Weekend and public holiday availability is particularly valued and prioritised at interview. No prior hotel cleaning experience is required, and hair colour and clothing style are free. High school students are not eligible for this position.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday premium (土日祝手当): 50円 increase per hour on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 25% increase after 22:00.
