Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen Aeon Mall Kyoto Katsuragawa, a udon and tempura chain restaurant on the third floor of Aeon Mall Kyoto Katsuragawa in Minami-ku, Kyoto, directly connected to JR Katsuragawa Station and 5 minutes walk from Hankyu Rakusaiguchi Station. Duties cover udon cooking assistance, counter service, tempura and onigiri preparation, cashier work, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), and store cleaning — tasks are divided so you can start from the role that suits you best. A weekly shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) is in place with shifts from as little as 3 hours a day and 2 days a week; weekday-only and weekend-only arrangements are both available. Weekend and public holiday shifts pay a significantly higher rate of 1,500円 — one of the strongest weekend premiums in the Marugame Seimen network. A staff meal (まかない makanai) is available for just 120円 per meal up to 800円 worth of food, and a family dining card covers up to 10,000円 per month per child for employees with children aged 15 or under. No prior experience is required — step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and a complete recipe manual are provided. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday premium (土日祝手当): rate rises to 1,500円 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Salary increases based on performance with a clear progression system. Bonus system available.
