Job Description:

This is a product inspection, packing, and sorting role at a clean factory in Mukoshi City, Kyoto, 13 minutes walk from Mukomachi Station on the JR Tokaido/Sanyo Main Line. Duties cover hand-picking, inspection, and packing of products across three rotating shift patterns — day, evening/overnight, and early morning/overnight — with a flexible schedule that suits those who can adapt their hours. New joiners complete a day shift training period of 1 to 6 months before rotating to other shifts, so there is no immediate pressure to work nights from day one. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are off per the company calendar.
