Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen SUNAMO, a udon and tempura chain restaurant on the fourth floor of Minami-Sunamachi Shopping Centre SUNAMO in Koto-ku, Tokyo, 5 minutes walk from Minami-Sunamachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Duties cover udon cooking assistance, counter service, tempura and onigiri preparation, cashier work, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), and store cleaning — tasks are divided so you can start from the role that suits you best. A weekly shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) is in place with shifts from as little as 3 hours a day and 2 days a week; weekday-only (evenings, 18:00-22:00) and weekend-only (08:00-22:00) options are both available. A staff meal (まかない makanai) is available for just 120円 per meal up to 800円 worth of food, and a family dining card covers up to 10,000円 per month per child for employees with children aged 15 or under. Japanese language ability at JLPT N1 level or equivalent is required, as the role involves Japanese-language customer service. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.

Wage:
