Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff (コンビニスタッフ konbini sutaffu) position at Seven-Eleven Chofu Tobitakyu 2-chome in Chofu City, Tokyo, 9 minutes walk from either Nishi-Chofu Station or Tobitakyu Station on the Keio Line. Only the overnight slot is currently being recruited — 22:00-06:00 — with a minimum of 7 hours per shift and at least 2 days a week; the deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) brings the rate to 1,625円 for the 22:00-05:00 portion of each shift, for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Duties cover cashier and customer service, product display and restocking, store cleaning, and handling public utility payments, ticket issuance, and internet order pick-up; product ordering is also part of the role as you gain experience. A 4-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at the same rate as regular work — 1,300円 base / 1,625円 deep-night — no reduction during training. An independent franchise ownership support programme (独立支援制度) is available for those interested in running their own Seven-Eleven store.

Wage:
