Job Description:

This is an evening circuit cleaning position at Grand Front Osaka, a large commercial complex directly adjacent to Osaka Station and Umeda Station in Kita-ku, Osaka. Duties cover patrolling and cleaning toilets throughout the building, cleaning and maintaining smoking rooms including ash tray swaps, and restocking supplies such as paper — all in an air-conditioned, weather-independent indoor environment; no complex machinery is involved. The shift runs 18:00-23:00 (5 hours actual work, no break, virtually no overtime); two schedule patterns are available — 3 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays plus one weekday, or Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) or 5 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday). The 22:00-23:00 portion of each shift attracts a deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) bringing that hour's rate to 1,688円. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are available. New Year's Day is the only fixed holiday.
