Job Description:

This is an early morning office building cleaning position directly connected to Higashi-Ginza Station in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, accessible from the Toei Asakusa Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. The building covers 8 floors total: specialist area cleaning on 4 floors (rubbish collection, vacuuming, and desk wiping) and common area cleaning across all 8 floors (corridors, staircases, and rubbish room tidying) — with the task schedule varying by day of the week, making it easy to build into a routine with the manual provided. The shift runs 06:00-11:00 (5 hours actual work, no break) Monday to Friday; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are off. Beginners start at 1,600円; applicants with prior cleaning experience are offered 1,700円 from day one. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are available.
