Job Description:
Work as hall and kitchen staff at a dashi ochazuke (だし茶漬け) specialty restaurant inside GranSta Marunouchi, the underground shopping area of Tokyo Station. Duties include cashier and serving work (接客 settai), food and drink delivery to tables, and light cooking assistance (調理補助 chouri-hojo). The restaurant specialises in Japanese dashi broth over rice, with a variety of set menus including small side dishes and pickles — a health-conscious menu popular with a wide range of customers. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available, and a staff discount (社割 shawari) lets you purchase the restaurant's dashi and seasoning products at employee prices. Shifts run either 09:30-18:30 or 12:30-21:30 (8 hours actual work, 60-minute break) on a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided and coordinator support continues after you start.
