Job Description:

This overnight hotel cleaning role involves maintaining the shared common areas of a high-end hotel in Azabodai, Minato-ku, Tokyo, 5 minutes on foot from Kamiyacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Cleaning areas include the restaurant, restrooms, lobby, and corridors — all spacious, well-maintained spaces that make the work environment pleasant and the task load manageable. Work follows a set routine by area, which becomes efficient once learned; most new starters feel settled within about one month with support from senior staff during the training period. The shift runs 23:00 to 07:00 with a 1-hour break and 7 hours of actual work time; occasional overtime may occur depending on progress. The overnight rate of 1,600円 already incorporates the deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) for the 22:00 to 05:00 window. Advance payment of a portion of earnings is available before the standard monthly pay date (15th of the following month) within company guidelines. Full daily payment can also be arranged within company rules. Minimum contract period of 3 months. Long-term preferred.

Wage:

1,600円 (per hour) Overtime pay at 1.25x for hours over 8 per day or 40 per week. Holiday pay at 1.35x for the 7th consecutive working day (Monday-based week). Advance payment of a portion of earnings available before standard pay date within company guidelines.
