Job Description:
Factory picking, insertion, washing, and packaging role at a semiconductor manufacturing equipment valve plant in Ohira-mura, Kurokawa-gun, Miyagi, placed through UT Agent on an indefinite-term staffing contract (無期雇用派遣 muki-koyo-haken) — meaning you are hired as a permanent employee of UT Agent and dispatched to the factory worksite. Work involves picking small hand-sized valve components, feeding parts into the manufacturing process, washing pipework inside a clean room environment, and packaging finished products — all tasks are straightforward and suited to both men and women regardless of experience. Three shift blocks operate on a two-week rotation between day and night: early shift (07:00-15:45), evening shift (15:15-00:00), and standard day shift (08:30-17:15); each shift includes a 45-minute break, and overtime is compensated with separate allowances. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies for hours worked after 22:00 on the evening shift. Monthly earnings of approximately 277,000 yen are possible based on 8 hours per day over 20 working days plus allowances. New joiners relocating to take up this role receive a 20,000 yen digital gift on their first day, and company accommodation (社宅) is provided with rent fully covered.
