Job Description:
Convenience store staff role at Lawson directly in front of Tarumi Station East exit in Tarumi-ku, Kobe — just 1 minute walk from both JR Tarumi Station and Sanyo Tarumi Station, making it one of the most commuter-friendly locations in the area. Duties include cashier and customer service, product stocking and shelf display, light food preparation, store cleaning, and handling public utility payments and parcel services — all introduced gradually with thorough training (研修 kenshuu) so first-time workers and those with no convenience store experience can build confidence step by step. Four shift blocks cover all hours: early morning (06:00-09:00) at 1,200 yen, daytime (09:00-17:00) and evening (17:00-22:00) both at 1,172 yen, and an overnight slot (22:00-06:00) at 1,465 yen including the legal late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). A minimum of 3 hours per session from 1 day a week is all that is needed, with weekday-only and weekend-only schedules both available. Many homemakers and students are currently active at this store, with shifts adjusted around school timetables, exam periods, and family schedules.
