Job Description:
Residential condominium cleaning and management staff role at a managed apartment building in Aobadai, Meguro-ku, Tokyo — 5 minutes walk from Shinsen Station on the Keio Inokashira Line and 10 minutes from Shibuya Station, placed through staffing agency Dimple. A typical day runs as follows: morning building inspection and rubbish collection, cleaning common areas including the entrance, corridors, stairs, windows, and rubbish storage area, handling enquiries from residents and visitors at the reception desk, afternoon cleaning of the post area, elevator, and car park, and finishing with a final inspection, handrail wiping, tomorrow's rubbish preparation, and a brief daily report. The balance of focused solo cleaning and light human interaction makes the workload steady and manageable, and the building is described by current staff as a calm, stress-free environment to work in. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided with a detailed manual, and a senior colleague works alongside you until you are fully comfortable — no prior cleaning or condominium management experience is needed. A path to direct hire as a contract employee at the dispatch worksite is available from as early as 4 months, with a defined retirement age of 72 — making this suitable for those seeking long-term stable income into their senior years.
