Job Description:

Backyard stock management role at a Spanish luxury leather goods brand flagship store in Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo — just 1 minute walk from Omotesando Station, placed through staffing agency Dimple. The brand is internationally recognised for its high-quality leather bags and accessories, beloved by celebrities and fashion enthusiasts worldwide; your role is to support the store from behind the scenes rather than on the shop floor. Duties include restocking shelves with product, managing and organising inventory, receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries, and conducting stocktakes — systematic, detail-oriented work that directly supports the smooth running of a premium retail environment. Prior backyard or stock management experience in fashion or apparel is required; experience in luxury brands, department stores, or leather goods retail is a particular advantage. Shifts run on a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) including weekends and public holidays, with 7 hours net working time and a 90-minute break per day, 5 days per week; 2 rest days per week are provided. Monthly income based on 21 working days of 7-hour shifts exceeds 235,000 yen, and a 10% shopping discount at Daimaru and Matsuzakaya department stores is provided as a staff benefit.
