The role involves cleaning a commercial tenant building in the early morning before the business day begins: working at your own pace and rhythm with no supervision pressure, making it well suited to those who prefer quiet, independent work. The schedule is structured across the working week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday shifts run from 07:30 to 09:00 (90 minutes), while Tuesday and Thursday shifts run from 07:30 to 08:30 (60 minutes); weekends and public holidays are off. Because shifts finish before 09:00, the rest of the day is entirely free — ideal for combining with another job, school, or household responsibilities. Staff in their 60s and 70s are actively working at this company across multiple sites in the Kansai region; a second placement at another nearby site within the same company is also possible if you want more hours.
