This is a packaging role at a packaging materials manufacturing factory in Inami-cho, Kako District, Hyogo, arranged through UT Agent staffing agency. Working in pairs, you take a set number of bag products from a stack, load them onto a work table, pack them into paper bags, and then place the finished packs onto a pallet; no complex techniques are involved and the same straightforward flow repeats throughout the shift. Three rotating shift patterns cover the full 24 hours: an early shift (07:00-15:00), a late shift (15:00-23:00), and an overnight shift (23:00-07:00); a statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies to any hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00. The rotation runs on a 4-days-on, 2-days-off cycle with 113 annual leave days and major holiday blocks for GW, summer, and year-end. A senior staff member supports you for the first one to one-and-a-half months, so no experience is needed.
