Job Description:

Work as a guest room cleaner and bed maker at Super Hotel Kobe (スーパーホテル神戸), 5 minutes walk from Sannomiya Station in central Kobe, operated by Rack Pro Japan. Duties follow a clean and simple daily routine: bathroom cleaning, bed making (ベッドメイキング beddo-meikingu), vacuuming floors, and replenishing amenities so that guests can enjoy a comfortable room. No customer-facing interaction is involved; work is done independently and at your own pace. No experience or qualifications are required; a thorough 1-month training (研修 kenshuu) period pairs you with a senior colleague, and those with home cleaning experience will find the work immediately familiar. Training rate is 1,172 yen per hour. Shifts run 10:00-14:00 (approximately 4 hours, with slight variation) working 2 or more days per week. The schedule means no commute during rush hour and you are home well before the evening, making it very popular with homemakers. A daily room-count incentive (インセンティブ insentibu) pays an additional 400 yen per room for every room cleaned above the daily target, giving motivated staff a meaningful way to increase earnings. A joining bonus (入社祝金) of 20,000 yen is currently available, and a Happy Bonus of 20,000 yen is paid to staff who work 45 or more days within any 3-month period.
