Job Description:

Work as manufacturing support staff at Ikari Super (いかりスーパー) Takarazuka No.2 Factory in Takarazuka City, Hyogo, accessible from Kobayashi Station on the Hankyu Imazu Line, producing retort foods and condiments sold in Ikari Super stores. Main duties involve filling bags (袋詰め fukuro-zume) with liquid food products including retort soups, dashi stock, and mentsuyu noodle sauce using filling machines, as well as operating and checking the production line machinery. No cooking skills are required; the work is a simple and repetitive machine-assisted packing process that most staff learn within about one month. A staff canteen (食堂 shokudo) is available on site. No experience is required and training is provided throughout. Shifts run 09:00-18:00 with 7 to 8 hours actual work and a 60-minute break, working 4 or more days per week. Those who can work on either Saturday or Sunday are given priority when scheduling. Overtime is minimal at under 5 hours per month.
