Job Description:
Work as a sales and cafe service staff member at a popup shop of a prestigious French tea brand - well known for its elegant black tins - inside Matsuya Ginza (松屋銀座) department store in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, accessible directly from Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Marunouchi Line, and Hibiya Line. Duties cover two areas: gift and retail sales (product guidance from the showcase, cashier operation), and eat-in and takeaway cafe service (confirming drink orders, brewing and serving tea, and clearing the eat-in area). Tea brewing is a simple process of adding the correct measure of tea leaves and pouring hot water - no prior knowledge of tea is needed as full training is provided from scratch. Those with prior cashier experience are especially welcome, but complete beginners are also accepted. The brand has a refined and premium atmosphere, making this a prestigious working environment in the heart of Ginza. Two shift patterns are available: 10:00-19:00 or 11:00-20:00, each with 8 hours actual work and a 60-minute break. Working 5 days per week on a daily rotation schedule including weekends and public holidays. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. No resume or office visit is required; online registration is accepted. Social insurance (社会保険 shakai-hoken) is fully covered. Transport allowance is provided under company regulations. This is a dispatch (派遣 haken) placement arranged through Admic Co. Note: for the period 17-23 September only, the work location shifts to Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi (東京都中央区日本橋室町1-4-1).
