Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at FamilyMart Itabashi-Narimasu-Ichome in Itabashi Ward, Tokyo, just 2 minutes walk from Chikatetsu-Narimasu Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho / Fukutoshin Lines). Duties include register operation, customer service, product ordering, floor and display arrangement, and general store cleaning; everything is taught from the first shift so no experience is needed. Four shift slots cover the full day: morning (08:00-12:00), midday (12:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and overnight (22:00-02:00); from 3 days per week as a minimum, with weekday-only, weekend-only, or mixed arrangements all available. The overnight shift (22:00-02:00) pays 1,600円 per hour due to the late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate); all hours from 22:00 to 05:00 are calculated at the higher rate. Overnight shifts are restricted to applicants aged 18 and over (Japanese labour law); shifts ①-③ are open to high school students. Full transportation allowance is paid; bicycle and motorbike commuting are both permitted. No resume is required.
