Job Description:

Work at a factory in Obihiro, Hokkaido, transporting electronic components using a hand lift and picking automobile parts. Tasks include moving parts to designated locations, picking, inspection (検品 kenpin), sorting (仕分け shiwake), and general product management. OJT training (研修 kenshuu) is provided so no experience is needed - a willingness to try is all that is required. The shift runs 08:30-20:35 on a 3-days-on 3-days-off rotation, and overtime is frequent for those wanting to maximise earnings. A staff canteen is available on-site, so lunch is easy to arrange. Full transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid, and car commuting is permitted - useful as the station is a 15-minute walk away. This is a long-term haken (派遣 haken, agency dispatch) position with full social insurance, paid leave, and a retirement allowance scheme. Native Japanese speaking ability is required for this role.
