Job Description:

This is a warehouse picking, sorting, and packing position handling aircraft parts at a logistics facility in Kakamigahara, Gifu. Work involves reading instruction sheets (kanban), collecting the specified parts from numbered shelving using a dedicated trolley, bagging them, and sorting by destination. There is almost no heavy lifting — a personal trolley handles all transport, making this suitable for those without confidence in physical strength. The job is daytime only (08:00-17:00) with no night shifts, weekends off, and over 120 days of annual leave including long breaks at Golden Week, summer, and year-end. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available so you can receive earned wages before payday, subject to company rules. Work clothes and safety shoes are required and available for purchase on site; seasonal gear (cooling vests in summer, heated vests and hand warmers in winter) is lent free of charge. A staff canteen is on site, and free parking is available for those commuting by car, motorbike, or bicycle. The minimum contract period is 3 months with the possibility of renewal.

Wage:
