Job Description:
This is a seatbelt parts outbound preparation and inbound sorting position at a warehouse facility in Toyoake, Aichi, accessible from Toyoake Station on the Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line. Duties involve preparing seatbelt components for shipment and sorting incoming stock — work is clearly structured and training (研修 kenshuu) is provided, so those without warehouse experience can start with confidence. Those with reach forklift operating experience are particularly welcome and receive a higher starting rate of 1,550 yen per hour; a qualification support programme also covers fees for forklift, crane, sling, and welding certifications. Shifts are fixed daytime (07:30-16:40) with weekends off, and overtime is entirely optional — you choose whether to stay or leave on time. A rest room is available on site, and staff from a wide range of age groups are currently active here. A friend referral campaign offers a 3,000 yen digital gift for introducing a new hire, subject to company rules. Car commuting is permitted and transportation is fully reimbursed. The minimum assignment is 3 months and the company notes that workers from over 35 countries are currently placed through them — native Japanese speaking ability is required for this role.
