Job Description:

This is a short-term food processing and packing position at a meat product facility in Kashiwa, Chiba, 10 minutes walk from Kita-Kashiwa Station. Duties involve vacuum packing charsiu pork and sausages, checking labels, boxing the finished products, transporting them to designated locations, and feeding them into vacuum packing machines — all straightforward and repetitive tasks that beginners can pick up quickly. The workplace has a predominantly female workforce across a wide range of ages, with senior staff providing solid on-the-job support from day one. Shifts are daytime only (08:15-16:15 or 09:00-17:00) with weekends completely off, giving you clear time for personal and family commitments. Social insurance enrolment is available from your very first day of work, subject to eligibility conditions for short-term assignments. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) and daily payment (日払い hibarai) system are both available. A staff canteen on site offers lunches from just 280 yen, and transportation is fully reimbursed.
