Job Description:
This is a sandpaper product picking and sorting position at a warehouse in Okegawa, Saitama, 15 minutes walk from Okegawa Station on the JR Takasaki Line. Duties follow a clear, simple cycle: read a paper pick list, push a trolley to the numbered shelf location, scan the product barcode with a handheld scanner, check the item off the list, collect all items, then place the trolley at the designated spot with the list attached — then start again with the next list. Products are sandpaper items ranging from hand-sized to cardboard box size, with the heaviest items reaching around 10 kg (held only momentarily). The warehouse is clean, air-conditioned with spot coolers, and has a rest room, canteen, and lockers on site. Daily payment (日払い hibarai), weekly payment (週払い shuubarai), and advance payment (前払い maebarai) are all available — the same-day pickup option via Seven-Eleven ATM in 1,000-yen units means you can access wages almost immediately after a shift. There is no overtime, shifts are fixed (09:00-17:30, 7.5 hours actual work), and weekends and public holidays are always off. A coordinator accompanies you on your first day, and continued support is available throughout the assignment.
