Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff position at Seven-Eleven Hakata Ekimae 2-chome, located 5 minutes walk from JR Hakata Station in Fukuoka City's Hakata Ward. Duties include cashier and customer service, shelf stocking and display of food and daily goods, store cleaning, delivery reception, and product ordering once you are familiar with the work — all taught gradually over a 10 to 12-day training (研修 kenshuu) period depending on shift. Three shift slots are available: evening (17:00-22:00), daytime to evening (13:00-22:00), and overnight (22:00-08:00) — days and hours are fully negotiable making this suitable for a wide range of lifestyles. The overnight slot (22:00-08:00) qualifies for a 25% late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) from 22:00 to 05:00, bringing the effective rate to 1,393 yen per hour during those hours — the same rate applies during the training period.
