Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff position at FamilyMart Odakyu Machida Kitaguchi, located just 1 minute walk from the North Exit of Odakyu Machida Station in Machida, Tokyo. Duties cover all general convenience store operations including cashier, product ordering, shelf stocking and display, and store cleaning — research and ongoing staff support are provided so complete beginners can start with confidence. A key feature of this store is the fixed shift system — your schedule is set in advance each period, making it easy to plan around study, family, or a main job without last-minute changes. Three shift slots are currently being recruited: morning (07:00-13:00), afternoon (13:00-17:00), and overnight (22:00-07:00) — Saturday and Sunday long shifts are particularly in demand. The overnight slot from 22:00 to 02:00 carries a late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) bringing the rate to 1,532 yen per hour during those hours. Transportation is fully reimbursed and bicycle commuting is also permitted. Must be aged 18 or over for the overnight slot from 22:00 per Japanese labour law.

Wage:
