Duties include cleaning resident rooms, patrolling and monitoring residents, life consultations, and assisting with meals, restroom, and bathing as needed. Clean modern facility. Multiple shift options: early (7:00-16:00), day (9:00-18:00), late (11:00-20:00), or night (16:00-10:00). Minimum 2 days per week and 8 hours per day. Shift system with flexible day/time preferences. Wage by qualification: care worker 1,800-2,000 yen, practical researcher 1,700-1,900 yen, beginner course 1,650-1,850 yen, no qualification with 6+ months experience 1,500 yen.
