Job Description:

This is a dispatch hospitality position at a historic onsen ryokan founded in the early Showa era. Duties include warmly welcoming and seeing off guests, serving meals and clearing up afterwards, and preparing guest rooms so guests can relax comfortably. Instructors teach the work carefully, and refined traditional hospitality can be learned in a calm Japanese-style setting. This is a day-shift-only job with no overtime, making it easy to balance with private life. Staff in their teens to 40s are active in a bright and lively atmosphere.
